The calculation most pricing pages skip
For EOR, separate employment cost from provider cost. A useful annual model is: salary + statutory employer taxes/contributions + mandatory/selected benefits + EOR management fees + country-specific extras + FX/payment costs + one-off lifecycle charges. Only the provider-specific portion should be used when comparing an EOR with costs you would incur under your own entity anyway.
Example management-fee arithmetic
At the published $599 monthly EOR starting fee, the management-fee component alone is $7,188 per employee over 12 months before salary, employer taxes, benefits and any country-specific costs. For 10 continuously active employees, that simple management-fee baseline is $71,880/year. This is arithmetic using the published starting fee, not a quote.

Is $599 the total cost of an EOR employee?
No. It is Deel’s published starting EOR management price. Salary, employer costs, benefits and other applicable items are separate parts of total employment cost.
Is Global Payroll the same as EOR?
No. Global Payroll is for payroll where your organization owns the employing entity; EOR is used when the provider becomes the legal employer.
Are prices guaranteed?
